Contest Organizers Information

Are you a KCBS contest organizer in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, or North Carolina? Want to potentially attract more southeast BBQ teams to your event in 2024?

The Southeast BBQ Championship is offering contests the option to pay a nominal $150 fee to become bonus point contests. The bonus point contests add an extra 10 points per category and the overall score to each team that participates in your contest. This added incentive will attract more Southeast BBQ Championship teams to your contest as an easy way to accumulate more Team of the Year points.

We would also like to ask you to donate a cook team spot if you can, we will use it for a raffle at the banquet. The proceeds from the raffle will go towards our charitable contributions and our Team of the Year prize purse, allowing us to make a positive impact in the communities we serve.

We believe these enhancements will elevate the overall experience for contestants and BBQ enthusiasts, fostering a sense of camaraderie and friendly competition throughout the Southeast.
