A two-day class led by 6 expert pitmasters! Learn the secrets behind their KCBS award-winning chicken, ribs, pork, and brisket through hands-on instruction. Perfect for both pro and backyard teams, this class will teach you everything you need to know, starting with meat selection and prep, all the way through box building and turn-ins.

Class starts at 4 pm Friday and wraps up around 3 pm Saturday. The annual SBC Banquet will be held in the same location starting around 6pm.
